ONLINE & VIDEO PRODUCER
Summary of Position
This position is responsible for all aspects of creating videos for weekly CBCFC Online services—including recording, editing, producing elements, as well as coordinating any needed volunteers—and will report to the Associate Pastor for Youth and College. This person will be a highly motivated, creative individual with a passion to connect through video/creative storytelling.
This position will begin as a temporary part-time position through the remainder of the 2020 calendar year, with the potential of becoming a permanent position. The estimated workload is 15-20 hours per week with a pay window of $18-28/hour based on level of experience.

Qualifications and Requirements
-A commitment to servant leadership (Mk. 10:45; Col. 3:23-24), and an ability to portray the gospel and the mission and vision of CBCFC clearly through the medium of video.
–Personal integrity and commitment to a public perception befitting any and all church employees.
-Strong vision for storytelling. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Background in studio and field cinematography, lighting and audio, as well as multi-camera production and post-production.
-Project management skills – an organized, detail oriented, creative thinker.
-Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines in time sensitive situations.
-Interpersonal skills for meeting with ministry partners and church members to grasp vision and execute according to project expectations.
-Experience in the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop and Illustrator) and/or Apple Final Cut Pro, Motion, and Logic or similar applications.
-Position requires availability for on-site production 2-3 times per week at Central Baptist Church Fountain City, which will occasionally include Sundays. Remote post-production is possible beyond that.
-Maintain an understanding of quality design aesthetics and current trends.
-At least 1-3 years of experience in video production desired. Demo reel requested with resume submission.
-Responsible for all of the scheduling, filming, and editing aspects of weekly CBCFC Online services.
-Work with Ministry Team to set goals and expectations for online worship.
-Assist in any and all other tasks necessary to accomplish the mission and vision of CBCFC Online as assigned by the supervisor.
